October 30, 200817 yr Newbies Hi: I have FileMaker 6 Unlimited running with Outlook Express and serving Web pages using CDML. FileMaker runs a script that sends email. Recently, and now about every 2 days, I get a dialog box from FileMaker asking me if I want to compact Outlook Express to save space on the hard drive. This hangs up FileMaker and keeps my clients from accessing their data (unless I'm sitting there watching the server). Even if I say "Yes" to compacting or "Cancel" the box keeps popping up. Any solutions you could offer would really help as I have several hundred clients hitting this server during the day. Thanks, Tim

October 31, 200817 yr Author Newbies Thanks for the tip Greg. In Outlook Express 6.0, there isn't a setting of compacting in the background. Is there a newer version of Express? Tim
