Whenever I try to insert a picture into the database I get the following message:

"Error-2804 occurred during initialization of Claris XNTD"

I am unable to import any type of graphic into the database. How can I correct this problem?

This normally happens if you have not properly installed Filemaker on your computer (ie, just copying the FileMaker application rather than using the installer), or if you have done a clean install or re-install of the operating system which will wipe out the graphic translators.

You will have to re-install Filemaker.
