I've got a few solutions I've developed, but the customers want a contract for the solution usage and some limited ongoing support.

What have you used in the past?

Can anyone send me a sample of one that i can modifiy?

Unfortunately, I need it yesterday, otherwise I'd guess joining the FileMaker Solution Alliance or something would have some sort of resources. I guess I need to join them at some point.
