I have been using MYOB Plus Accounting for the PC for the past eight years. It's full featured, powerful, quick, very easy to set up and extremely intuitive. In fact, I have used the on-line help only 4 or 5 times in the past couple years.

Their sister program for the Mac is called MYOB AccountEdge. If it is anything like the PC version, you can't help but like the program Also have a free trial download.
