Your description doen't give a lot of detail.

First of all, I have used this combination in the past without incident.

What exactly are you doing at the time of Freeze or whatever?

Are you saying that it is just that the two programs are open at the same time?

Are you make a report, importing or exporting from program to the other.

Saving a file in one of the Formats.. ETC.
