Connection via IWP problem

I have problems with connection via IWP from the local network or the Internet, I have configured everything according to the manual, I have static IP and opened port 591 in the router but when I try to enter, can not. I have an FMS 11 Advanced on Mac Mini with Lion Server. The Apache server is running, when I run the test is the classic confirmation message. A pattern of what I review.

Why Port 591? Is Port 80 opened? This is controlled from Apache, not from FileMaker Server Advanced. And you are using FMS Advanced, not the standard version?

When you say the port is open, do you mean that it is mapped to forward traffic for that port to the internal ip address of the computer running Filemaker?

Yes, plus the port is not being blocked on the server itself. The forwarding would be for the firewall at the network entry point. Additionally, for IWP, the ports for publishing are controlled by Apache or IIS. Also, if using something other than Port 80-, you may have to include the port number in the CGI string that takes the user to the IWP Home page.
