No upgrade?

Today I went through the purchase options and did not find an upgrade possibility for server.

Has this been eliminated for server?

That is a good question. Have you called them yet?

There are definitely upgrade options.  These vary depending on the type of your current license.

I guess I'll have to call and find out when the time to upgrade comes.

There are no options to purchase it online (or at least I have not found any)

Yes.. me too. I am struggeling to find the upgrade option. They show a price...but there is no link to buy it. It would cost 534USD
