Issue with headers and tabs in WebDirect and IE 10

Every other browser it works with, but the header I set up and the tabs, when it goes to WebDirect on IE 10, it does not show the background on the header and the tabs are see through.  

 

PC/Mac Chrome and Mac Safari all work. 

 

Image attached of two screen shots.  Any help would be great.

Chrome (Android)
