Can not open files after a while

Last week I installed FM 5.5. on Windows 95-platform. When I started FM and worked with it, after a few times when I clicked on the FileOpen-icon, the dialogbox did not appear. So every time I have this problem I have to quit the program and start it again. Does anybody know what's the problem?

(A few months ago I have tried FM 5 Trail Version)
