I have tried all sorts of portal combinations and they are not showing up on WebDirect. Sometimes they flash on screen, but then quickly disappear. All I see is a thin line that would be on the left side of the portal. Tried in Safari and Chrome with the same results.

PS - my database is being served through a Filemaker host.

For anyone experiencing the same problem, I discovered that the portals did not like the custom theme I was using. I switched to another theme and the portals worked fine.
