Hi, I have created a database in FMP and I have 2 pop up menus one is comany name and the other is the size of paper eg:a1,a2,a3,a4,a5 but the sizes are all different to each company. So the question is, is there a way of selecting a company name and it bringing up all the sizes that relate to that company that I have selected in the comany pop up menu box.

For example

I choose Adidas as the comany

the second pop up menu brings up all products that relate to Adidas

On the next record I choose Nike

the second pop up menu brings up all products that relate to Nike

Set up another file with just two fields: Company and Products. One record for each product (with the appropriate data in the Company field).

Create a relationship from your main file to this special file based on "Company"

Fomat your "Products" field in the main file to use a value list made up of the "Products" field in the special file, based on the company relationship.
