Sorry If this is a little basic, but I couldn't seem to find a straight answer on this.

 

If I have developed a database with FMPA 13 can I host it using FM server 11?

 

If it does work, does it need to be accessed with FMP 11 clients or FMP13 clients for all functionality to work?

 

 

No it won't work. FM 13 uses the .fmp12 format. FM 11 uses .fp7.

 

To expand a little further: 

 

FM 12 files can be hosted and opened in FM 13.

FM 13 files can be hosted and opened in FM 12.

 

Just note with both of the  2 options above, there are somethings that simply don't work right. I personally try not to open files designed in 13 in FM 12.
