Unwanted Button Appears/Disappears At Bottom of Pop-Up

I'm using FM Advanced 14.0.1 and this strange button appears at the bottom of my pop-us and then disappears.  It's inconsistent and only occurs on some of my pop-ups, but not all.  Has anyone seen anything like this?

It's apparently a progress bar and I find it annoying, too.

Try upgrading to the latest version. FileMaker Pro is at 14.0.5 now.

It's actually a button.  If I move my cursor over it quick enough, I can click it, but of course nothing happens.  Last night I got on that was vertical.  Really strange.

I just realized that this is a scroll bar.  I can grab it and slide it back and forth.  If I go into the Inspector, there's no way to turn on/off a scroll bar in a pop-up.
