Thorsen has provided support for the selective enrollment processes for over 10 years. Of particular relevance is our recent development of an algorithm to leverage CPS purchased IPSCII selection silo. For the UIC College of Nursing developed and integrated application system that augmented their legacy Banner system. Banner was unable to accommodate special case submission and/or process additional key information including referrals and special certification. Using multiple files for developing a robust FileMaker solution can be pretty normal when you plan out the distribution of your data and servers. Some solutions benefit from breaking out part of the solution into one or more separate files.
