July 21, 20169 yr I just upgraded FMP 12 Adv to FMP 16 Adv. However, when I double click an existing FMP file, it opens in FMP 12. Should I uninstall FMP12?
July 21, 20169 yr I doubt that you have 16 FM should have normally open a .fmp12 file in the last FM application installed. So you could either uninstall 12 if you are no longer needing it, or you can change the association of the .fmp12 extension to your newer FileMaker. Google "windows change default application for file extension"
