September 11, 200223 yr Newbies I have used FileMaker Pro for a few months, but still have lots of questions. I've created a file, A, which's used as a search window. I can trigger a script in file A, then go into a bunch other files to do the search. After the search, 2 scripts in file B, are being triggered. First script deletes all the records in file B. Second script imports the search results into file B. The import order is predefined manually. And the files I've mentioned above are in FileMaker Pro 6 format. It works fine until I change the search criteria or make a print in file A. Then I will receive a message from FileMaker. Basically, it tells me that file B is damaged. And it gives 2 options, continue to use file B or exit FileMaker Pro program. But I can only select exit option, since it is no use the hit continue. However, B is not damaged. It can still work next time, until I print or change the search criteria in A. I try to solve this problem for 2 days. But I can't think I have done anything wrong in my program. Please help! Thanks.
September 11, 200223 yr Try making a backup copy of file B. Then open it and attempt to recover it. Ken
