Installing v5.0 on windows XP Problems

I am trying to install v5.0 on XP but it keeps telling me that I can't install it on this version of windows, yet on another location with XP I can install it.

Do I have to install it as an administrator

For Windows XP and Windows 2000, you need to have administrator rights or PowerUser rights to install any software.
