Hi ! I was wondering how to generate fields dynamically in FileMaker Pro. Based on the value of one field called no. of lessons I want to

generate that many more new fields giving descriptions. For eg if the no. of lessons is 7 then there should be 7 more fields created each giving dates & details of the lessons. If the no. of lessons field value is 10 for another record then i should generate 10 more fields giving details of the 10 lessons. Could anyone help me on how to go about this requirement.

You can't generate fields dynamically. However, you haven't provided enough detail, but I'd guess that what you really want to do is generate records in a child database, not additional fields. You can, of course, generate a virtually unlimited number of records.
