Is there a known tool to update/delete/edit passwords in databases hosted on the server?

For instance, the employee leaves the company, and his passwords has to be deleted. Instead of searching through all databases to see where he had access, I want automatically to find and delete the passwords.

Best bet is probably <www.nmci.com>, they have a tool called Password Administrator.
