July 25, 200322 yr Okay, this one's real weird... I have a database with info on 6 records stored in a particular database. I created a report-layout that contains a TITLE HEADER, HEADER, BODY, TRAILING GRAND SUMMARY, FOOTER, and TITLE FOOTER. The database's records are about companies A through F. The weird thing is that when I view data of Company A in PREVIEW mode, I see that all the info related to Company A shows up on pages 1 and 2 in my report (info i had in the TITLE HEADER, HEADER, BODY, TITLE FOOTER, and FOOTER)... but the info (some bit of text) that I placed in the TRAILING GRAND SUMMARY of this record's layout shows up on page 3 with info of COMPANY F showing in the header?! Why would info for Company F show in the header on the 3rd page of this report when the info I entered in the report belonged to Company A. -P ~AeroGuy
