Filemaker Layouts - Quick question

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a filemaker developer solution for generating and printing barcodes (Barcodet) and i'm trying to make my own label template to print from.. To do this I want to edit one of the existing label layouts to fit my own (Barcodet comes with a bunch already setup as different layouts), but I cant get to them.. It seems like whenever Im in layout mode, I can only access that certain layout, I can't get to any of the others, They aren't listed in the layouts menu, any ideas on how I can get to them?

Thanks,

Alan

Edit:

I have tried going into Setup Layout Order, and checking the checkboxes next to them to include them in the layout menu, but that made no difference..

How do you mean? Does it run in Filemaker or is it a standalone solution?

Or maybe it prints from another file then the file you are trying to edit?

Regards,

Ernst.

It runs in filemaker

And when you are in browse mode, does it allow you to go to other layouts?

And does the layoutname change when you select a different layout from the existing label layouts?

I've never seen this solution, but could it be that it just has one layout?

I ask, because I tried without succes to imitate the behaviour you describe.
