Dealing with files that are clobbered

I'm trying to prevent FM's usual error messages when dealing with clobbered, corrupted or files in need of recovery. It seems that FM ignores script step 'Set Error Capture (On)' and continues to display its own message and the FileOpen dialog. mad.gif Ideally, I'd be able to trap the error and tell the user to use my Recover Utility which would allow them to restore the file from a backup folder.

Anybody have any thoughts? Steve
