ZuperZZ Posted August 18, 2003 Posted August 18, 2003 Hi, You have to establish a relation based on a Calc Field: Field1= Year & "_" & Make & "_" & Model (result text) and link it with a similar one in the File where you store the data for the five Service fields. Then put the lookups based on that relationship and done. Saludos, Zuperzz

But I do not understand "Then put the lookups based on that relationship and done". If you can guide me through that I would really appreciate it. Thanks
oilman Posted August 18, 2003 Posted August 18, 2003 Hi windwalker Create a calc field in both db using the fields that Zuperzz suggested and create a relationship joining this two fields. Then create your lookup with this relationship. Lionel
