I need to set up an auto entry with a

Hi,

You have to establish a relation based on a Calc Field: Field1= Year & "_" & Make & "_" & Model (result text)

and link it with a similar one in the File where you store the data for the five Service fields.

Then put the lookups based on that relationship and done.

I have the relationship set up between my [Customer] file and [Data] file. But

I do not understand "Then put the lookups based on that relationship and done".

If you can guide me through that I would really appreciate it.

Create a calc field in both db using the fields that Zuperzz suggested and create a relationship joining this two fields. Then create your lookup with this relationship.
