What is the best way to format color text in ALL field of selected records? In other words, I don't want my WHOLE database to be color text, just selected records. I can format color text one field at a time, but that is slow and tedious. There must be a better way. [color:"red"]

Hi mbeaumont,

The easiest way is to format the row to change colour and select the records at the same time by writing to a global multiline. You can isolate a group of records for export (or to omit them) or anything else a User may wish to do and it's easy to implement. I include this technique in most of my list views now.

I've attached a sample from part of a solution (see attachment at top of this post). Click anywhere on the row to select a record and then play with the buttons at the top. The 'Edit' is now disabled, the layouts and much of the data has been removed, but you get the picture.
