BigRobA Posted November 10, 2003 Posted November 10, 2003 What do I need on the command-line to automatically open a certain file when starting FileMaker Pro? I'm looking to use Windows task scheduler to open a file at a certain time of day so it can start the today calculations before I come in. I also need to know if/how I can pass a password for that file too. Thanks.
Vaughan Posted November 10, 2003 Posted November 10, 2003 Use the Status(CurrentDate) function instead of TODAY and solve the problem once and for all.
Anatoli Posted November 10, 2003 Posted November 10, 2003 Correct. In command line/batch just name the FM file. In preferences for the file set "try default password".
