Slow starting Filemaker application

After I had to reinstall Filemaker Pro 6, it now takes about 60 seconds before the prog starts. It seems that it takes this time initializing. Before I reinstalled, I also removed everything out the registry. Strange thing is, that also a compiled DB takes that time to startup. Anyone a suggestion for this?

Check which network settings are enabled in Filemaker, and turn off any that you don't need.

Maybe to many fonts or even corrupted one? Network problem??

Network has been turned off completely. Might be a corrupted font indeed. How do I check the fonts on this?

Remove all fonts but the system minimum and see how it goes.

That worked great Anatoli. Don't know what font caused this, but now FM starts like lightning again.
