I work with a 120 files filemaker applications, running with filemaker server and 30 users in a LAN. I'm having problems publishing my files with web companion. I active the plug-in, select via sharing the web style and the layouts, but nothing happens with some files. I can publish some files but others don't.

FileMaker Server cannot web share databases, only FileMaker Pro and FMP Unlimited can do that. The most common setup is to host the files in FMS on one box, and set up FMPU on another box to open the files as guests and provide the web access.

However, FileMaker Pro (and FMP Unlimited) is limited to opening 50 files at a time. To web share 120 files you'll need 3 separate computers running FMP or FMPU.

Also, make sure that web companion plugin is enabled in the sharing options for each file. this needs to be done in FMP, it cannot be changed when the file is hosted with FM Server.
