What's the best way to pass data automatically to another user's database? I am trying to construct a tracking type system where one user creates a user record and another user picks up on that record to create a job ticket...some kind of script that runs with something like a save button? What's the best way to store a customer's info so that items can be added over and over? I'm having a little trouble visualizing how the structure should be
