Disconnecting Guests via script step

Is is possible to disconnect guests from a database via a script step?

I can set the database as Single User, but if someone is connected they get a dialog box. I want to force a disconnection so they're automatically disconnected. Then I can backup the main file

I don't believe so, and I think this is a good thing. What if you're in the middle of running an important script and all of a sudden get kicked out? You might have just ruined your report, or worse, your data.
