I'm finally getting around to updating FileMaker Developer 6v3 to 6v4. I'm getting an error after 1 item has been installed and there are 19 more to go. The error is '11001:2,-5000 Access denied error'

Any others with this experience or suggestions what to do?

Hi, tomp! I cannot tell what OS you're using, but it could be a permissions issue. Are you installing as an administrator and as the same administrator and privileges as when you did the original installation? --ST
