I've seen posts posing questions about importing data from Quark XPress files into FM DBs and formatting text with QXP tags for export to Quark documents, but does anyone know if there is a plug-in for FM or Quark or some trick to export photos (say from FM's snazzy photo catalog template) directly to Quark documents? That is, the original record, not just the preview thumbnail. Man, a drag-and-drop that would direct QXP along the original file path would make life lovely.

I think the trick here would be to find an intermediary application which can serve as a go-between. Windows has Insert Object and OLE.

I think you need to read the original post again. They[color:"red"] are using a Mac.

Please keep the Platform war dialog off of the Forums.
