Can't Access Set Layout Order

I've always been able to set the layout order in the pop-up menu by going to "Layouts", "Set Layout Order."

Now the "Set Layout Order" is greyed out and not "selectable" - any idea what I've done?

I did open the database with the master password, so have no idea why I'm being forbidden access.

The first thing that came to mind was Corruption.

However, the Grayed out can mean that you don't have the privileges to Edit. This can be because of the Password and User ID, or could be at the Finder Level where you click on the file and "Get Info" it is set to [color:blue]Read Only.

Also, in version 5/6, you can't edit the layout order while the file is being hosted.
