I have 2 date fields which appear in Layout and Browse modes, but which disappear in Preview Mode or when I print a page from Browse mode.

The fields have data auto-entered in them. They are not the results of any lookups or calcs. Date formatting is irrelevant - I tried it both with leaving the date formatted as entered and with formatting the dates a specific way; neither format previewed or printed.

I moved the fields to the center of the form to see if it were a margins problem; it's not.

I checked to see if printing were turned off in the Sliding/Printing panel; it's not.

I checked to see that the text color is different from the background - it is.

I have no idea why these fields won't display in Preview and print.

Try and save it as a PDF and see if you can print it from the PDF?

Have you tried to reinstall your printer driver?

I *think* the printer driver's OK - the rest of the page (and other layouts) print just fine.

I did a kludge workaround for this print run - just added the pertinent dates (they only change every 3 or 4 months) as text in the proper place.

I didn't try the PDF idea before adding the kludge - but it's a useful idea for the next time this happens. Thanks!
