Forcing FM to stay with default font formatting

Featured Replies

I have my FM fields all set to the default font Helvetica, 10 pt. Whenever I copy a new email address from my mail program and paste it into the appropriate FM field, it keeps the mail program's font characteristics (Verdana, 12 pt.) rather than changing to the default characteristics of the FM field. Is there a way to make FM change the pasted text to the default font?

Hello,

First of all check what you have set for the text formatting option. If you have set font say "Forte" then at any point of time whatever text you enter be it "Arial" or "Helvetica" it will automatically be set as "Forte".It don't see any reason why it should not happen so.

Press the Option key while pasting.
