Scrolling help

Is there a way to not scroll through record with the mouse wheel? We just want it to scroll up and down, not move through records when using the mouse wheel.

TIA

Not sure about windows, but try putting your mouse over the rolodex and moving the wheel.

In list view, you can also move up and down the window.

You can supress record scrolling by hiding and locking the status area but you will not be able to scroll the window with the mouse wheel in Browse mode. As Lee suggests you can scroll with the wheel in list or table view but if you think about it, you are essentially scrolling through the records when you do this.

Oops, I missed read this post. Do a search of the Forum using [color:blue]+Wheel +scroll, include the Plus signs as shown, and you will get some additional information about the Whell.

I tried over the Rolodex and it didn't work, so I downloaded Katmouse and it worked like a charm. Thanks

BTW,

You can turn it off or on by clicking the cat icon in the lower right ( task bar). Good to allow you to turn the behavior on or off(scroll up/down or record to record.

Glad you like it, like I said I use it all the time.
