I wasn't sure where to post this so I am posting it here. I have had 8.5 advanced for some time and I just bought a new computer. Now I am having refresh problems and flickering. I am especially bothered by a problem in layout mode. If I use a drop down or even a web viewer and don't choose immediately, the screen flickers and over shadows the drop down until I click on something. I never had this problem with my old computer. Is this a computer setting or a filemaker setting? Can anyone help?

I also have the same problem. Also for Quicken. I think it may be related to a wireless Microsoft mouse. Quicken had a workaround - lowering the acceleration rate on video card (causes other problems). I just ended the ipoint.exe process in Task Manager. It solves the problem but disables some mouse button features.
