FMStrs.dls is a Filemaker 7 thing, I'm surprised a FM6 runtime would have it.

Anyway, you can probably control-click on the runtime and choose "Show package contents" to go inside the package and find the locked file. Apple-i will give info on the file, and you can uncheck the "Locked" flag.

If the Shadow's advice doesn't do it, you might try dragging the file into the trash, and then holding down the Option key while emptying the trash.

I fell for this one too...

The file name you quote is "hidden" inside the application. You need to "show package contents" by CONTROL-CLICK on the application then select the "Show package contents" option from the pop up menu.

This opens the application as a series of folders etc. Drill down into each of the folders until you find the locked item. You can unlock it with command-i and uncheck the locked flag.

It may exist more than once as I think it's in the language support section.
