I wish they would make custom functions a bit like plug-ins. Where you could export and share them with other developers without them having to go through the trouble of creating all the variables and stuff.

This is probably the most frustrating thing I think. All the other problems you can script your way around... but this is pretty annoying. At least solutions now can be in just a few files but it definitely is frustrating.

A good idea to alleviate this problem is to have a file with all your favorite custom functions and perhaps some of your favorite scripts. Then whenever you need to add a file to a solution just pop this sucker out and go to work. This id obviously not ideal but it can help a whole lot until FileMaker decides to give us this gem.
