Keyboard short cut keys don't work

FM 8.5, Win Vista Home Edition. When I try to use the keyboard short cut keys to align objects (Ctrl-Alt_left, Ctrl-Alt_right, etc.)the entire screen and desktop rotate! I have to reset to normal by right-clicking the desktop and choosing Graphic Options/Rotation. How can I stop this from occurring?

I don't know anything about Vista, but this was posted earlier to another Topic, and perhaps has some baring on your problem. Link
