I've just installed the php site assistant and attempting to create my first site. Server is set up for custom web publishing, php installed and db has the correct privileges.

When I enter the web address and click on connect it asks for account name and password, no matter what I type there I get invalid username/password error.

What else should I look at to determine where my error is. Thank you.

Does the user (the one you try with username/password) have the fmphp-priviledge set?

Yes, I can start the site assistant with no problems and yes the account I am using does have the correct privileges.

Does your username or password contains a ?

If you can do some "Open Remote" with FileMaker Client and you can login with the username password, then I have no more ideas, what can be wrong...
