There are a few ways this could happen. Without seeing your file, it's a little hard to diagnose. One possibility, make sure the field isn't a global field. -bd

I am having a problem with records in a portal. The records have a few check box fields. If I check a box on one record, that box sometimes gets checked on the other records. All the other, non check box fields work fine. Any ideas?

There are a few more problems. The same type of thing happens with the pop up menu fields. Sometimes they don't affect other records, but most of the time they do. This seems to be a glitch, unless I am just not doing something right.
