My company need to control two things. One for components and other for complete Items.

Inventory control systems are definitely not a good first project for someone just learning FileMaker. Your questions is kind of like "how do I build a automobile" or "how do I play the piano". There is just no quick answer to it. If you need an inventory solution, I would recommend hiring a consultant to develop it for you.
