Our FM Server is a Mac and my computer is a Mac. However, I have clients who use PC.

Avery labels created on my Mac are out of adjustment for PC users. In order to fix the problem, I had to go to my client's office and use his PC to make another label layout specifically for the PC. Now I have a label layout for the Mac and one for the PC on the server. Is this typical?

Sounds about right to me. You can even end up with different label layouts for different printers. For instance, a lot of HP inkjet printer will not print lower than 3/4" from the bottom of the page. This is a problem with Avery 5160 and similar 30 up labels. -bd
