Auto-formatting of phone numbers

Hello,

How can I set up my database to automatically format a phone number (in this case in an American format)

For instance, if I enter

1112223333

...FM will turn it into

(111) 222 - 3333

Also, how can I get the database to auto-capitalize first and last names (kinda like in the PalmOS)?
