We're considering upgrading from FMP 4.1 to FMP 5.0. What are the relevant issues we will need to address. Are 4.1 files perfectly compatible with 5.0?

I've upgraded many files from either FMP3 or 4 to 5 and have never had any problems doing so.

It is a one way trip. You can not open 5 files in 4.1 once you migrate over. It is well worth it. In my mind the menu arangement makes more sense. I wouldn't hesitate! Click on the link at the bottom of the page to order your own copy of FMP 5.
