I would like to know if you can use seperate records that are indexed records?

I have 7 indexed records in one form that i would like to seperate in different froms, reports.

Can this be done?

Huh? I think you are using the word "indexed" in a non-conventional way. We generally think of fields as indexed or not. In a basic sense, all records are indexed. Try your question again without the word "indexed". -bd
