Scrolling Text Field - Printing

Featured Replies

I have a scrolling text field which is physically located on Layout Pg 1. The text field is rather long (about 2 full pages). When I print Layout Pg 1, the scrolling text truncates at the lower limit of the physical page.

Anyone know how to get the scrolling text field to print out in its entirety when Layout Pg 1 is printed?

Thank you. Respectfully,

Eun Mi

Any layout object will only ever print as much as you have allocated for it on the layout.

In order to print a large text field, you will need to make the box very large on the layout (say 2 pages or more). Then set the object to slide up, and to reduce the size of the enclosing part.

Look up Printing Sliding Objects in the manual or help files for a more detailed explanation.
