In FM5 I want to print thefiles fields and field definitions. Under FM5 help I am told to go under "file" to "print" and I will be given to option to print field def's. All I get, however are the options connected with my HP printer and nothing relevent to FP5. Where have I gone wrong??

It IS in the print dialog! If you are on a mac (as the post icon indicates), there is a drop down menu with the "General" selection when you bring up the print dialog. Change this drop down to "FileMaker Pro". -bd
