Set up a password, change the "available menu commands" to editing or none.

The challenge is that doing this will dsiable ALL the shortcuts, so you'll have to make buttons on the layout to perform finds, make new records etc.

Is there anyway to deactivate the shortcut to duplicating a record. I, and several others use cntl-f all the time which is very close to cntl-D.....?

OR

Is there anyway to defeat duplicating records while still allowing users to create records?
