It really depends upon what you are storing in those fields. The database files each have a 2GB limit. ------------------ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Kurt Knippel Consultant Database Resources mailto:[email protected] http://www.database-resources.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
March 9, 200124 yr Author Newbies Thanks Kurt. I was just reading that repeating fields are not recommended if you want to utilize that data in reports. I have 52 repeating fields with 15 repetitions each. Is the Que Publishing book really recommending that I create 780 fields (52x15)? Isn't there a better way to go about this? quote: Originally posted by captkurt: I have some databases with over 700. It really depends upon what you are storing in those fields.
